How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available to purchase at theburgclassic.com/dance beginning Saturday, February 24 at 12 p.m. (noon) AST. Please note: tickets will only be sold online, and physical tickets will not be sold.
Will tickets be sold at Stan's Dad & Lad?
No. Physical tickets will not be sold in 2024. Tickets are only being sold at theburgclassic.com/dance.
What forms of payments are accepted?
Tickets can be purchased using major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.
How many tickets can I purchase?
A maximum of four (4) tickets can be purchased in a single order.
How will I receive my tickets?
Upon completion of payment, a confirmation email, containing your digital tickets in the form of a PDF, will be sent to the email you enter during purchase.
What if I buy tickets for another person? Can I transfer the tickets to them?
The original ticket holder does not need to be present for a ticket to be used. Tickets are delivered as a PDF and can be shared or sold at your discretion. Tickets can be printed or shared digitally as PDFs. Please note: the BURG Classic Committee is not responsible for the terms of any ticket resold after the time of original purchase.
How do I present my tickets at the door?
Each ticket contains a unique QR code. Physically printed or tickets presented digitally on phones will be scanned. Each ticket can only be scanned once; dance attendees will be stamped upon entry and no ticket can be used for re-entry without a stamp.
What if I can no longer make the dance? Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets to the dance are sought after and you can sell your tickets to a third-party. The BURG Classic Committee will post a buy-and-sell post closer to the event. Please note: the BURG Classic Committee is not responsible for the terms of any ticket resold after the time of original purchase.
Why do the tickets include a service fee?
To streamline ticket sales and increase equal access to tickets, the BURG Classic Committee has moved to online ticket sales. The service fee covers fees incurred by the Committee for event ticket hosting and payment processing fees by third-party vendors. 100% of the $40 ticket fee supports the BURG Classic.
